Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms are an agreement between AFSHAHIN Corporation ("Aradiq", "we", "us"), of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the business that creates an Aradiq account ("you"). By creating an account or using Aradiq, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms.
1. The service
Aradiq lets businesses store client contact details and send text messages to them, including automatic rebook reminders, Google review requests and two-way conversations. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
2. Subscription and prices
- Aradiq is a monthly subscription. Canadian businesses are billed in Canadian dollars; businesses in other countries are billed in US dollars. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Prices do not include taxes. Applicable sales taxes (such as GST/HST) are added based on your billing address.
- Add-on packs (extra texts or clients) are billed monthly with your subscription. Changes to add-ons take effect right away and are prorated on your next invoice.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
3. Free trial
Your first subscription includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged automatically. The free trial is offered once per business.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the trial), and you keep full access until then.
- Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law.
- After your subscription ends, or if a payment is not completed, your account becomes view-only: you can still log in and see your data, but texts, reminders and review requests stop and clients cannot be added or changed.
5. Acceptable use and consent (CASL)
You are responsible for every message sent from your account. You agree that:
- You will only text people who have given you their mobile number and have an existing business relationship with you or have otherwise consented, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any other law that applies to you.
- You will not send spam, purchased or rented lists, cold outreach, or messages to people who have not consented.
- You will not send unlawful, misleading, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or fraudulent content, or content about illegal products, high-risk financial offers, cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, firearms or gambling.
- You will not remove or disguise the business name or opt-out instructions that Aradiq adds to messages, and you will not try to text anyone who has replied STOP.
- You will not ask only satisfied clients for reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or otherwise break Google's review policies.
- You will keep your login secure and not share accounts or try to access other businesses' data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, receives excessive complaints or opt-outs, or puts our messaging service at risk, with or without notice.
6. SMS limits
- The Starter plan includes up to 200 clients and 500 text messages per billing month. Add-on packs increase these limits.
- When you reach your monthly text limit, sending pauses until your next billing month or until you add an SMS pack. Unused texts do not roll over.
- Long messages may count as more than one text with carriers. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not guaranteed.
7. Your data
You own the client data you add to Aradiq. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to give us this data.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Aradiq available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces the service, you may cancel.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aradiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, or for messages that are delayed or not delivered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify Aradiq against claims, fines and costs arising from messages you send, your client data, or your breach of these terms or of anti-spam and privacy laws.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and email you about significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Aradiq after that means you accept the new terms.
